Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Can I return items I do not want?

Yes! Should you wish to return any of your order please do so with in 14 days of receipt. Carefully wrap in original packaging, and fill in the returns note.

Your money will be refunded to you in 14days of our receipt of your goods. Refunds can only be made back to the method of payment used.

We cannot except back any goods which are damaged if you have not previously informed us, please see below.


My Items are damaged, what do I do?

We try to ensure that everything you receive is in perfect condition, but if anything should arrive damaged then please contact us as soon as you receive them. You can either email us at orders@papereden.com or call us on 01903 538552. We will then send you out a replacement, and get you to post back to us the damaged items. We will refund you any postage charge incurred.


Can I have an exchange?

Yes, exchanges are FREE! Just post back to us the item(s) you wish to exchange, with details of the item you would like instead. As soon as we receive your parcel we will send out your new order.
